Season: Late July through October

📅 Practices

  • Late July – Late August:
    Monday–Friday | 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
  • After the first game:
    Tuesday–Thursday | 5:50 PM – 7:30 PM
    Fridays (Walk-Through): 5:30 PM – 6:30 PM

🏟️ Games

  • Days: Saturdays and/or Sundays
  • Times: Vary by schedule


📍 Player Eligibility

All players must reside within the York City School District and attend one of the following:

  • York City School District school
  • Charter school
  • Cyber school
  • Home school
  • Private school

   Levels & Grade Requirements

  • Smurfs: Grades K - 1
  • Rinks: Grades 2 - 3
  • Ponies: Grades 4 - 5
  • Midgets: Grades 6 - 7

📝 Registration Requirements

To complete registration, the following items are required:

  1. Completed Registration Form
  2. Copy of the player’s birth certificate (new registrants only)
  3. Sports Physical
  • Forms will be provided

    4.  Copy of the player’s most recent report card

  • If entering Kindergarten or attending a new school, an enrollment letter is acceptable
  • Must include: school name, player’s name, and current grade

   5.  Signed BYC and YCYFA Code of Conduct Forms


💲 Registration Fee

  • Registration Cost: $205 (May 1, 2026 -July 31, 2026)
  • Earlybird Price: $185 (until April 30, 2026)

 

    Discounts Codes available for:

  • Returning player's discount:  RETURNING
  • Families with multiple player's discount: FAMILY
  • Earlybird discount: EARLY
  • Staff discount: STAFF
  • Players who can wear their jersey from last season will receive a discount. No code will be entered. (we will refund this discount, if applicable)

📣 Football Cheer Registration

📅 Season

The Cheer season runs from late July through October.


📍 Eligibility

All cheer participants must be ages 5-14.

    2. Signed BYC Code of Conduct Form


💲 Registration Fee

  • Registration Cost: $150 (May 1, 2026 - close date)
  • Earlybird Price: $130 (until April 30, 2026)
